GroWell Referrals is a software product designed for wellness studios and centres to run and track referral programmes. When we say "we", we mean the small product team behind GroWell Referrals.

• Account information: studio name, contact name, email address and basic account settings.
• Client and referrer data: names, email addresses and referral activity created or imported by studios using GroWell Referrals.
• Usage data: basic information about how the product is used (for example, which features are accessed and when).
• Technical data: IP addresses, browser type and other standard web log data.

3. How we use this information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain and improve GroWell Referrals.
• Send transactional emails related to referrals, rewards and account activity.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• Monitor usage at an aggregate level to understand what is working and where to improve the product.

We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated advertising.

• Contract: to provide the GroWell Referrals service to studios that sign up.

We do not give studios access to each other's data. Each studio only sees the client and referral information associated with their own account.

We keep account and referral data for as long as a studio's GroWell Referrals account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If an account is closed, we may retain limited information for a reasonable period for backup, audit or legal purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
